How is payment handled for your services?
We operate on a strictly prepaid basis. The full service amount must be settled before guards are deployed. Subsequent monthly payments are due on or before the 26th of each month to maintain uninterrupted service.
Do you serve areas outside of Gauteng?
Our focus and expertise are concentrated in Gauteng, primarily around Pretoria and its surrounding communities. This local focus is exactly what lets us deliver the close, personalised service our clients rely on.
What happens if I miss the monthly payment deadline?
Accounts failing to meet the 26th deadline will result in the immediate withdrawal of guarding personnel. Services are reinstated once all outstanding balances are settled in full. We'll always work with you to keep things on track.

Subsequent monthly payments must be received on or before the 26th of each month to maintain uninterrupted service. Accounts failing to meet the payment deadline will result in the immediate withdrawal of guarding personnel. Services will only be reinstated once all outstanding balances are settled in full. Contracts are governed by the laws of South Africa.
